The New Knight Rider?

Manolo says, many of the Manolo’s internet friends have been writing to the Manolo to ask what he thinks of the new Knight Rider movie that is being shown on the television this night.

Yes, the magnificent Hasselhoff, one of the greatest actors of his generation, will be appearing in the cameo role, however the lead will be played by someone else, which is the travesty of all that is right and holy.

How can one have the Knight Rider movie without having Michael Knight and the original KITT? It is ridiculous. That is all the Manolo has to say, ridiculous.

    How could they use that little baby-faced teenybopper boy as Michael Knight? It’s not the same. Not the same at all.

    I can ALMOST see using a different actor…but I really don’t get the substitution of a Mustang for a Firebird. Is Ford paying for the movie?

    This show is a travesty. You don’t remake Herby the Lovebug using a Scion Shoebox, you don’t remake Dukes of Hazzard using a Porsche, so why butcher Knight Rider with that boxy bulldog Mustang? Don’t get me wrong, the Mustang is nice, but does it fit the role of KITT? Heck no, not even close. This show is suicide on NBC’s part because fans of the original are going to hate this from the get-go. The whole car looks like someone’s crappy Photoshop. The functions are lame; 80′s KITT’s Turbo Jump and wall-crashing abilities are better than K3000′s Google Search and Nanobots anyday. The dialogue was too PC for me, and I’m GHEY!. The “Maybe that’s why 75% of marriages end in divorce” joke was unecessary, as were the alt lifestyle cops. Westboro Baptist Church would probably have a field day with this show, lulz.

    This would’ve made a way better KITT, if only NBC waited.
