    Haven’t seen a heel like that in some time. Imagine actually being able to walk in fashionable shoes! It’s positively radical.

    It’s a sad thing (or possibly a good one, for the sake of my finances) that the shoe does not come in black, because that is exactly what I have been looking for to wear with a new dress to an upcoming event.
    Ah, well, on with the search.

    I’ve seen black patent slingbacks, look on nordstrom.com or zappos.com, there’s got to be something that mimics this shoe!

    Now this is a lovely, lovely shoe. The strap is not so thin that the wearer fears it will snap; the buckle is a tasteful silver tone; and the shoe on a whole is, for Jimmy Choo, surprisingly simple and elegant.

    Jennie– because the dress is black with a yellow sash, and I’m afraid the red just wouldn’t work. I will be keeping an eye out for something similar, though I do love the proportions and slightly retro feel of these.
