I've got Roccocco-heeled boots, which are gorgeous and comfortable, and a lovely pair of Barbara sandals with a heart-shaped heel, and I would love to get my hands (well, my feet) on some mini Sugar boots. Ah, Fluevog... the shoes for the non-shoe divas. Alas, the cloven Grand Nationals are no more, though whispers from close sources say that we’ll soon have something equally decadent in their place.

He's got some from these families in his Spring collection, along with above-mentioned Trulys. John Fluevog is evangelical about good shoes for everyone, and he's been known to make a size five for someone who really wants one.
