And here I thought that was some kind of newfangled burka - taking the giant step of allowing the arms to be exposed while still covering the rest of the body.

I thought it is a burqa in a new look. I had an impression that the burka has undergone a transformation - allowing the arms to be exposed while the rest of the body is covered.
