But then again, I never really cared for or obeyed the dictates of the fashion gods anyway. I make my own style. And even if it does not work for someone else, who cares? As I heard growing up in Trinidad in the glorious sixties and seventies, "every fault is a fashion" (full Caribbean affect here). That has been my credo all along even when I traded my curried culinary delights for New York City sights twenty plus years ago. By the way, who anointed these fashion gods? Say it ain’t so!
