I’m gonna guess Kelly Ripa, although I do believe her tattoo is bigger and of a rose. However, I like most of the shoes there and she does have good taste in shoes in my opinion.

We have had Charlize Theron and her tattoo was on her foot, not her ankle. (Oh, the important stuff I remember!). Hmm, someone tall and thin and not very old - Well, thin anyway. I am thinking Penolope Cruz also - not sure - but it seems like the stance of this person is of a shorter person than a taller person - and Ms. Uma is very tall!

Ah, yes, I first thought the tattoo was a bruise. If it is the 888, then it’s Ms. Cruz, and I should have guessed. Like the shoes, she’s very elegant–and yet she is one of the few with the huevos to wear opaque tights with a pair of Louboutins.

I don’t know who it is, but the wearer of these shoes is displaying one of my big fat pet peeves. THEY DONT FIT! if your feet are wide and bulge out the side of strapless shoes. please please please dont wear them! and if yo uare going to spend $700 on a pair of shoes, it should fit. period.
