Have you eaten at La Biela next to Recoleta Cemetery yet? There is nothing on the menu that is not good, and the people-watching is superb. And I know Cafe Tortoni is touristy, but that doesn't stop the food from being fantastic - make sure to drink a <i>submarino</i> which is fun to assemble and better to consume!
