Wednesday was Squirrel Appreciation Day. I am not making that up.

No doubt the squirrel is much appreciated by those who do not have fruit trees and vegetable gardens. We have both, and the they are vandalized each summer by the creatures which the Tedesco calls “[expletive deleted] tree rats.” Perhaps a stew really is the best use for them.
