Whose Shoes Wednesday…The Answer!
By Manolo the ShoebloggerManolo asked, whose shoes?

Manolo answers, it is the Weird Al Yankovic!
Congratulations to the Manolo’s internet friend Moxie, who was the first to correctly identify this personage of note.
And now, as the special bonus, something the Manolo calls “The Transformative Power of Good Grooming.”

I never thought I would say this but wow Weird Al is kind of hot!

Even his long hair/Hawaiian shirted self in the first picture is a far, far cry hotter than the coke bottle glasses and fro he had at the beginning of his career. I have loved Weird Al for a long time, and it continually amazes me how well he does so many styles of music and how he has remained more popular than some of the artists he has parodied over his long career. He truly is a talented musician and pretty hot too! ;)

Al certainly has adapted himself over the decades and extended his career. That’s quite the transformation. Was the previous post on 80′s nostalgia a hint about who the mystery person would be? Thanks for another suspenseful Wednesay Manolo.

I feel so out of it! There is no way I will ever be able to figure out this puzzle; guess I just don’t pay enough attention to the shoes these folks are wearing.

Miss Janey wouldn’t have recognized handsome, short-haired Al if he were standing next to her singing, “Like A Surgeon”.

Weird Al can actually pull off “normal” good looking?! That’s just weird.

Oh, no, Manolo dear, the Chinese counterfeiters are spamming here AGAIN!!!

Goodness! According to Wikipedia, Yankovic is 49! Assuming the short-haired picture above is recent, he must have purchased the Fountain of Youth with his royalties from “Like a Surgeon.”

I noted that, too-I was just going to say “why, he must be my age, what’s his secret?”(of course, with all those royalties, he can afford to have quality”work” done…)

Wow. So it’s a wig? He looks great. More power to him.

OMG! I didn’t even recognize him without that weird clownish hesher hair. What a difference, he looks like a normal guy.

If you ever have the chance to meet Al in person, you’ll immediately notice two things about him: He’s one of the warmest, nicest people you’ll ever meet. And he’s way better looking in person. Pictures don’t do him justice. He is a very handsome guy.
And he’s an amazing hugger.

Oh, La BellaDonna, she has loved the Weird Al for decades! And La BellaDonna has never had any problem recognizing that the Weird Al, he is the extraordinarily good-looking man, as well as the fabulously funny entertainer. She has also seen that he is the very nice guy, loyal to his old friends, appreciative of his fans, devoted to his lovely wife and child. Of all the entertainers out there, Weird Al, he is the one that La BellaDonna would like to be friends with.
La BellaDonna, she is a little surprised that other people are surprised at the hotness of the Weird Al. In his charming, funny videos, it takes very little effort for him to imitate and look like the more conventional hotties.
