But, dearest Manolo, La BellaDonna, she is confused. The Gerard Butler, he IS wearing the super, extra-straight, manly man outfit! The kilt, it does not get more manly than that- heaven knows! Purrrrrrrrr …..

Hmmm. Perhaps it is a reference to the non-traditional evening shirt worn with the Prince Charlie? Yes! That would be it!
