Christian Louboutin Bobo Ankle Booties For the Monday
By Manolo the ShoebloggerManolo says, it is final Monday before Christmas, four short days, the mere blink of the eye…in the other words, it is time to get shopping!
But, before you rush out the door to the mall, here are interesting shoes for you to contemplate while you engage in spirited holiday fisticuffs with your fellow last-minute shoppers.
The Christian Louboutin Bobo Leather Ankle Booties.
This is the shoe that asserts itself.
Would you wear it?

I hate it, but it might look good on a runway.

Too much going on! The stegosaurus bumps, the rickrack, the pinholes, the white, the buckles, and the red sole (which I know is traditional but doesn’t really match) – none of them seem to really go together.

Francesca might consider them in a lower heel and more light-hearted color. As they are, they are neither pretty nor fun.

I like the rickrack, pinholes, buckles and generous-looking toe box. But the pyramids, tan-and-white color scheme and ridiculously high heel don’t appeal to me.

With a lower heel and no stegosaurus bumps (perfect description, JustJenny!), I might. I say get rid of that entire middle strip entirely. As they are, no. No, I would not.

Mh… I would never have thought that I could say this but they look cheap… too much going on, I couldn’t agree more with everyone and not his best attempt. Give me a classical Louboutin any day!

Nathalie is right: These shoes look cheap, despite their hefty price tag. Perhaps that is because I tend to assume that a designer uses excessive detailing to cover up a lack of craftsmanship.

I disagree, I have to say. I love them. I wish they were a tad darker, but I would wear them happily!

My constitution would never allow me past the price and the heel height to get them on my feet. They are shoe art, that’s all.

They are perfect for the fashion victim, too trendy for their own good(taste)

Manolo dear, please note and take appropriate action regarding above post from “Lisa”….it’s another one of those counterfeiting sites, this one advertising women’s shoes including those by the designer “Yves Saint Lauret”…:(

I didn’t do it! I’m just the one with bad taste in boots!! Maybe I am being overly influenced by the fact that I have been wanting a pair of ankle boots to wear with jeans for ages and ages I can’t find any that actually fit (high arches).

I absolutely love them. And I would wear them, if I could afford them…

okay ladies and The Manolo,
I ´ve got one question…
I was looking for one concret pair of Louboutins on the internet, but everything I found was probably a fake :( The problem is that this model isn´t from the last collection, it´s quite old (not too much, only one or two years). It´s called VERY NOED black satins slingback (peep toe) with a big asymetric bow…when I first saw them, I fell in love. Now I´m older and honnestly, richer too. So I´m searching them everywhere and I´m quite desperate.
SO my question: don´t you know, by any chance, a real non-fake louboutin outlet shop? Preferably in Paris or on an european site?
THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH :-*
