Class Factotum is right! Chocolate y churros are not to be missed. Those sold at Cafe Comercial (metro Bilbao) cannot be improved upon.

Make sure you eat churros y chocolate. And go to the Museo del Jamon for serrano ham. Eat it there because it’s ILLEGAL to bring it back to the US.

The Cien Montaditos sandwich place is a good, inexpensive place to eat delicious food: 100 different little sandwiches, all delicious. Their website here: http://www.cerveceria100montaditos.com/ Make sure you try the chocolate bar sandwich – it’s the last one on the menu. Sounds weird, but it is fab.
