I really do not know how I feel about El Bulli and that foamy food. I recall watching one of the food shows cover the restaurant and thinking, “hmmm interesting but is it really worth all that trouble. Would make energy be better spent finding a sexy young bullfighter to dine with at Barcelona tapas bar or waiting an eternity for a table to spend a fortune on minimalistic foam.”
