    As the intellectual property Portia, the NDC thinks that the Paris Hilton products will prompt the issuance of a cease and desist letter from the IP attorney representing Christian Louboutin, who happens to be an estimable Portia of her acquaintance. The NDC, though, will not necessarily drop the dime on Ms. Hilton unless the Manolosphere thinks it an appropriate action to undertake.
