Maybe the health information privacy act doesn't exist in the Philippines? Glancing through the articles about this, they all say that 'Charice Pempengco says she prepared for her debut on the hit TV show “Glee” by getting Botox and an anti-aging procedure “to look fresh on camera.”' But there aren't any actual interviews or quotes from her saying this. More like she told her doctor that's what she wanted and her doctor turned around and told everyone else.
