The Grey Ant Teva Stiletto; When Genetic Experiments Go Awry
Manolo says, The Teva-letto, it lives!
Here is the description from the people who have unleashed this monstrosity…
Teva, leader in the sport sandal industry is known for their innovation of performance products and advanced technologies in the footwear industry teamed up with Grey Ant, the two collide to bring you the best of both worlds.
If the Manolo might paraphrase: “Hey! You got peanut butter in my chocolate-covered-lutefisk!”
“But, Manolo, these sandals, they are so comfortable, I hardly notice that the demons that lives in the heels have compelled me to murder my family and bury their corpses in the azalea bushes along the fence.”
Less monstrous than the Stella McCartney Birkenstiletto, yes or no?

That is one ugly shoe. But it does improve when it’s covered with manure.
As for McCartney’s pleather-pretentious whole design ouevre–she’s an example of how far you can go with no redeeming qualities, no talent, and unending sacks full o’ daddy + mummy’s cash.

Less monstrous if they aren’t charging $625 for it. But only for that reason.
@ChaChaheels: your paragraph about McCartney? Brilliant. Thank you!

The tan item in the foreground is completely inexcusable. But I can see a place for the less-prominently displayed B/W version – out at night in the summer, with the right little outfit, on the right young person – no, not elegant, but kicky, sexy fun…? Don’t all jump on me at once now!

Someone. Better. Be. Getting. Fired. For. Those.
@ChaChaheels, I too can’t stand Stella McCartney. It’s nice to hear someone else share my sentiments.
