Good for you, Manolo. She sounds like a real moron.

  2. class factotum Says:

Darn. The Catholic secret is out. Curse you, Roseanne Barr, and your amazing intellect for figuring this out. Did you get your clues from “The DaVinci Code?”

  3. Tbone Says:

    Most amusing…

  4. Long Island Says:

“Papist law” is that the law that allows us Catholic to drink baby blood?

  5. Patty Says:

I think Roseann was watching ‘Mad Men’ and got things all squiggled up in her head, and meant to say ‘Drapist’ not ‘Papist’. Yes, because she couldn’t possibly be a bigot, now could she? Not Roseann Barr! /sarcasm

  6. Lilly Munster Says:

I am not a huge fan of organized religion, but wow, that women is nothing but a jackass.

  7. jvon Says:

    Well done, sir.

  8. RAleksandr Says:

Manolo, darling — first thought that came to my mind: It’s her Twitter and she can block who she wants to (block if she wants to, block if she wants to)

Now that I have *that* out of the way — seems like a sledgehammer approach on her part to quash (squash) your gentle reminder that bigotry, even of the religious variety, isn’t very funny at all. I guess she could have called them “Cat’lick,” instead of getting all classical with her slur.. Bravo, sir. :D

  9. Manolo the Shoeblogger Says:

The Manolo completely agrees that she should be able to block whomever she chooses. He just wanted to share this exchange with you because it made him laugh, and because Roseanne apparently does not like the Catholics.

  10. La Petite Acadienne Says:

But…but…she’s normally so classy and thoughtful!

  11. NDC Says:

She is not worthy of you, dear Manolo. Consider her dismissal to be a badge of honor.

    All the best,

  12. Jilly Says:

Good thing she tweeted “We r light workers our gaze is deadly temperance is key” after that, in order to set the record straight.

  13. Manolo the Shoeblogger Says:

You have made the Manolo laugh!
