Manolo says, the next Carnivale of the Couture, it will be held at the blog of the super fantastic Fashionable Kiffen. Here is the topic she has suggested, it is the good one.

What item/style/look do you wish would become a trend? Or what trend from the past would you like to resurrect?

Personally, I think that hats are an under-rated accessory. Not baseball caps, or trucker hats (god, no), but fedoras, big floppy straw hats, newsboy caps, etc. A hat can take a boring outfit and elevate to instant chic – plus it will cover up a bad hair day!

Go forth and blog!

My question is

What is your fashion confession, either a long ago faux pas, or today’s guilty pleasure?

Do be revealing and as descriptive and imagery as you feel free to. Perhaps you may blame your issue on a celebrity’s influence. Just be honest and telling!

So, go to the Kiss Me, Stace and send the Ella your deepest fashion secrets.

The Next Carnivale of the Couture

The topic it is the good one, yes, difficult but good.

You’ve been given the opportunity to produce a runway show for any designer of your choosing. Which designer would it be, what location would you hold the show, who would be on your guest list of front row celebrities, and what music would you play as the models strutted down the runway? You have unlimited budget and resources, and complete creative freedom.

So, post up the post, and send the results to the Papier Doll.

For the coming up weeks, here is the schedule for the Carnivale.

The Next Carnivale of the Couture

Manolo says, the next Carnivale of the Couture it will be held at the Style Tribe. Here is the topic, it is the good one.

For this week’s Carnivale of Couture, I want to celebrate our role as bloggers.

What distinguishes us from fashion press is our lack of limits: we can express as we please, and our unique personalities make us more interesting rather than less professional.

To that end, I want to invite everyone to write about their most significant fashion purchase. Not the most expensive or most exciting, but the one that was somehow pivotal, or meaningful to you personally.

As the Manolo has said this it is the good topic, one which should generate the excellent posts.

Carnivale of Couture #10

The Next Carnivale of the Couture!

If you could exchange your life with that of any one particular fashion “celebrity” (Shoelover will use that term loosely), whose life would it be and why?

Ayyyyyyy! Too many choices! Too many choices!
