My first attempt at posting for 'Build the outfit' so bear with me.

Firstly, these shoes scream 'mod' to me so there's this from Pins and Tomatoes (http://www.pinsandtomatoes.com/artist/dottie/stripedress.html) and in keeping with the budget theme, for $80


Accessories need to be in keeping with this, but less is more, so with from RetroToGo (http://www.retrotogo.com/2006/12/index.html) at $32 and with a bangle-come-watch from Jane Kahn (http://janekahn.co.uk/acatalog/index11.html) for about 10 Pounds.


And we can't forget why there's this outfit in the first place...

At a local shoe store, there is a wall dedicated to crocs and being the hip and happenin' place that it is, no doubt these, these plastic abominations sent from the very depths of hell will make an appearance very soon, if not already.

Crocs themselves are pretty ordinary - working in a hospital, I see shoes like that all the time on the feet of surgery staff. All the easier to wash the gore off, I suppose. (Ew.)
