I'd pick up the colors of the platforms for the outfit. It just so happens that I have a couple of pieces in my closet that would work well. On top, a white T of rayon knit trimmed with multicolored buttons that pick up the colors of the shoes. The bottoms are wide legged cropped pants made of turquoise rayon linen. The shoes are so wild that the outfit needs to be simple to avoid looking like the circus.

With this dress:

If it's possible to find one that's the same green as the shoes, it would look better, but I like it too with that blue.
That coat:

And that bag:

I have not read any replies, so I don't know if this or a similar idea has been said already; this was just the first thing that popped into my head when I saw the shoes.
Also, since I have promised not to say anything false, I must admit that I would wear neither this outfit nor the shoes; not merely because I couldn't afford the shoes, but because as desireable as it is to be Super Fantastic, it also behooves one to know what one Cannot Carry Off.
However, I think a white sleeveless dress with a well-defined waist would go admirably with these shoes, particularly if it featured one or two of the colors as well. Not in a sash, we don't wish to be Maria in the Sound of Music (I don't hold the copyright to that), but perhaps at the hem. I wouldn't pick the green for the color, but rather the turquoise or orange.
This may seem an obvious answer, but I think the resulting outfit would be cute.

I'd keep it simple, and casual, but refined.
trouser jeans, not too light, not too dark
white cami
a pretty gold necklace
and of course, the shoes!

There have been some cute options on this threada, but I'm going to have to go with the LWD route. From DVF,
http://www.neimanmarcus.com/store/catalog/prod.jhtml?itemId=prod38720013&parentId=cat10940735&masterId=cat10100738&index=2&cmCat=cat000000cat000001cat000111cat000127cat10100738cat10940735
and then Manolo's shoes, some understated dangly silver earrings and really natural m/u.

OK Manolo, Whilst we're doing the whole Mondrian thing, I'm thinking let's just go the whole hog and really scare everyone. Something like this

I found that top on Anthropologie's site, and here it is:

Same with the bag.

I'm sure this has already been said by many a contributor to this forum, but I'm for a strapless white sundress with a 1940s-style flared skirt and a narrow orange patent-leather belt--plus large sage-green straw bag and for earrings, large disks covered in white enamel.
