Crikey! It’s the Croc Attack Blog!

Manolo says, this image it is taken from the Crocaccidents, the very serious blog devoted to spreading the news that the Crocs are exceedingly dangerous.

If you are of the delicate constitution, you may wish to avoid the stories and pictures at this site. Let us just say that there are many graphic accounts of the poor little children who have had their toes ripped off while wearing the Crocs.

Just say no to having your child’s toe ripped off. Just say no to the Crocs.

Hell, I just think the things are ugly. But hey, more power to anything that keeps the things in the gardens, hospital halls, and kitchens of suburbia where they belong.

Is the Manolo familiar with the French expression, “J’ai les crocs!”? It means “I’m famished!” — but the literal translation is “I have the fangs!”

I believe the Manolo can make something of this. Surely having the fangs can never be the good thing.

I agree that they are ugly but some of the parents need to realize - THEY PAINT THOSE YELLOW CAUTION LINES ON ESCALATORS FOR A REASON!!!
Escalators are dangerous! Children love to drag their feet along the sides of the escalators and do sneaky things that might result in them losing a part of their foot. It is more important to help the children understand that the escalators are dangerous then to simply take the crocs away from them.
When I was a child, my mother constantly warned me of the dangers of getting on the escalator with shoelaces untied - children die that way, she told me. So even now, when I get on the escalator, I check my shoelaces. Children, and their parents, must be more careful of the escalators.

Two responses. Kagoo, I have the fangs and I actually quite like them. My canines are pretty pointy and I feel a bit vampirish with them.

Unfash, you are spot-on. Regardless of how stupid I think crocs are…it is not the croc that maimed the toe. It was bad behavior on the escalator. They aren’t gonna outlaw escalators for it right? Or! Maybe parents should lose custody of their kids for not training them how to properly use an escalator, resulting in the maiming of a foot! Yes, let’s explore all the RATIONAL solutions!

*Shudder* - the ripped-up-and-infected foot full of sutures really skeeved me. A pox on Crcos!
