Make the Manolo the #1 Hoffster!
Manolo says, it is rare for the Manolo to seek assistance, as he prides himself on his self-sufficiency, but now there is something he desires so desperately that he comes before his internet friends and asks them for the favor.
What the Manolo ardently desires is to be named the #1 Hoffster by the peoples at the St. Martins Press.
The #1 Hoffster is the official #1 internet fan of the magnificent multi-talented genius David Hasselhoff, and if the Manolo does not qualify for that, who does?
To that end, the Manolo now asks you, his close internet friends, to email the peoples at the St. Martins Press politely stating the case for the Manolo’s primacy in the matter of Hasselhoff admiration.

I have e-mailed as encouraged by the Manolo and explained your appreciation of all things of the Hasselhoff nature and requested that you be named, as is your right, the #1 Hoffster.

How you even consider another person for that position?
And why? Why would you consider anyone else.

I am writing to recommend Manolo the Shoeblogger [link to Manolo’s Shoe Blog] for the title of #1 Hoffster. It is well-documented that the Manolo is the biggest Hoff fan in the history of Hoffdom. He even has an entire section of his blog [link to “Hasselhoff!” section of Manolo’s Shoe Blog] devoted to all things Hoff. He sells t-shirts extolling the virtues of the Hoff [link to “the Hasselhoff he is comfortable in his celebrity” t-shirt]. The Manolo staunchly defends the Hoff from the slings and arrows of the anti-Hoffites [link to “The Artist Stumbles”], and he is there for the Hoff in sickness (or, um, injuredness [link to “Hasselhoff Injured!”] ) and in health. He celebrates the Hoff’s virtues [link to “Hasselhoff, Humanitarian!”] and successes [link to “Brilliant!”]. He cries with the Hoff when sadness [link to “The Divorce of the Hasselhoff”] strikes. And the Manolo takes the Hoff’s advice [link to “The Pepsi Hoff”] about the finer things in life.
I can think of no one more deserving of the title of #1 Hoffster. It would be a travesty of justice for this honor to be bestowed upon anyone else.

I must implore the wise members of the selection committee, that no other than the Manolo can be considered the One Supreme Hoffster, the ultimate admirer and disciple of the genius known world-over as The Hoff. Indeed, the Shazza herself, with legions of others, would be lost in the darkness, unaware of the magnificence that is David Hasselhoff were it not for the never-failing devotion and ardor of the Manolo the humble shoeblogger.
I respectfully ask that you recognize Manolo’ the Shoeblogger’s longstanding dedication to The Hoff by naming him the #1 Hoffster!!

To whom it may concern:
For many reasons, my friend Manolo The Shoeblogger is by far the #1 Hoffster. He is a devoted fan and dedicated defender of David Hasselhoff. He maintains a portion of his shoeblog website specifically for news of The Hoff. I’ve never encountered another person who comes close to being as hyped up about The Hoff as The Manolo.
Please grant him his most deserved title as #1 Hoffster.

The Manolo the Shoeblogger should be the #1 Hoffster.
No one else can come close to the Manolo in the Hoffsterishness. Personally I don’t understand the Manolo’s obsession, but I cannot deny that no one is more of a Hoffster than the Manolo.
Please consider this recommendation for your #1 Hoffster selection.
